The machine is a 6 x 2 mt table machine, equipped with a 4.0kW fiber laser generator.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/E8d2eVV0I9o\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.19.5&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proto-D Engineering<\/strong>, (company founded in 2008 and having its HQ based in Pune) has chosen to add to their existing large range of laser machines, a <strong>new machine that would combine the large format capability with very low operation cost.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>This is possible thanks to<\/strong> the unique Cy-laser motion system design (the so called <strong>\u201cAirplane\u201d structure<\/strong>) which, for its constructive concept, <strong>grants stability and high precision for the entire lifetime of the machine.<\/strong>\u00a0It features an overhead X and Y axes assembly that does not run on the floor or the table itself as all other machines.\u00a0<strong>The compactness<\/strong> deriving from said configuration delivers a stiff Y axis that is <strong>not subject to the flexion typical of a standard 6 mt gantry machine<\/strong>, hence delivering <strong>rapid motion speeds<\/strong> comparable to those of a small laser machine.<\/p>\n<p>The motion system is positioned over a heavy-duty dual table, servo-motor pallet changer system, supported and actuated by 4 hydraulic cylinders.<\/p>\n<p>Among other <strong>impressive features of the Cy-laser<\/strong>\u00a0cutting machine, is the <strong>unique and very simple cutting head EVO. EVO III and EVO V HP (specific for high powers) <\/strong>are products of Cy-laser, both design and build, that have been refined for over 16 years when <strong>the company pioneered the application of fiber laser to metal cutting.\u00a0<\/strong> These cutting heads have virtually NO moving parts, requires NO maintenance, with the exception of the slick break-away torch. It is only in the torch that a handful of consumables (protection screen, heat shield, nozzles etc.) are present, and easily accessible by the user. <strong>The Cy-laser cutting heads boast the longest focus lens lifetime<\/strong> in respect to the market\u2019s standards thanks also to the <strong><em>High Back Reflection Safety<\/em> system.\u00a0<\/strong> Cy-laser does not require any head change after so many hours of operation.
